PANEL

ECOLOGY VS ECONOMY – CAN MODERN AGRICULTURE BE PROFITABLE?

Transmisja online

The discussion is to answer the question of whether products based on traditional processing methods can be profitable for Polish agricultural producers. Is Farm to Fork Strategy, being one of the key tasks of the European Green Deal, achievable here and now? What support can farmers hope for? What can each one of us do to prevent food waste? Do consumers appreciate food based on traditional formulas, produced with respect for the Planet? We will discuss with people who have taken up the challenge and also with representatives of institutions that encourage ecosystem change.
