ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND ROBOTISATION: INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION AND ITS IMPACT ON REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Transmisja online

Artificial intelligence is a field involving algorithmic technologies for content recognition and advanced inference. It comprises, among other things, supervised learning in which, through the algorithms and software developed, we arrive at an automated process of data acquisition and analysis that enables the system to improve itself. The most widely used example of machine learning is deep learning – a set of techniques that enable predictions of behaviour and actions based on analysis of collected data and deep relationships between them. As a result of the development of artificial intelligence (AI), it will be possible to automate some tasks that have long required human work. This transformation will create entirely new opportunities for businesses, the economy, and the society. Automation and robotisation of industrial processes boosted by artificial intelligence will also strongly drive the region’s economy forward.
