DEVELOPMENT OF RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION: A PRIVATE–PUBLIC PARTNERSHIP

The development of housing is one of the major challenges for the Polish economy. It involves both private companies (developers) and state and local government institutions. At present, the programme aimed at creating Social Housing Initiatives (SIM), which includes several municipalities in the Lodzkie Region, is developing very actively. During the panel, key residential development issues, financial support programmes, and opportunities for housing development in the Region will be debated. The panel is addressed to entrepreneurs active in the construction industry and local government officials.
