After all, when we view optimisation as an effort to increase productivity and efficiency, we can optimise everything, not just logistics. And optimisation in logistics is not only faster delivery, and a more efficient warehouse, but also a better IT system, or a more competitive business location. How to maintain and even increase the quality of services while operating under time pressure, and at the same time not negatively impact the environment?
