Generation Z is a cohort of people born between 1997 and 2012, which is currently the youngest generation on the labour market and has a significant impact on society and culture. The Generation Z Revolution refers to the changes that this group introduces in various areas of life. Namely, Generation Z grew up in the digital age and is the first generation that does not remember life without access to the Internet. In addition, people belonging to this Generation have a greater tendency to start their own businesses and seek independence compared to previous generations. The different characteristics of such a large group of people have made the sales market trying to adapt to the new generation. This is a potentially huge group of consumers whose shopping preferences and behaviours differ from previous generations. Additionally, Generation Z spends a lot of time on social media platforms, is closely connected with technology and the convenience of online shopping. How does the sales market adapt to the Gen Z customer? This question will be answered by the speakers participating in the panel “Generation Z Revolution – Shaping a New Sales Image”.
